We currently offer instant online booking for pickups from Tunis-Carthage and Enfidha-Hammamet airports, with destinations across Tunisia including Hammamet, Sousse, Monastir, and Mahdia. For other pickup locations, contact us on WhatsApp.
Yes. You can cancel from your booking page while the trip is still active. Refund handling depends on payment and timing rules.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe after you confirm your fixed company price. You pay a 20% deposit online and the remaining 80% to the driver on the day.
Supported instant-booking routes are priced in GBP. The full fixed price, 20% deposit and remaining balance are shown before payment.
Share your updated arrival details through your booking communications. Drivers are expected to adapt when delay information is provided promptly.
Register as a driver, verify your email, and complete your profile details. Admin review is required before your account becomes active.
