Yes. Drivers register with us and are reviewed before their account is activated. Only approved drivers can submit offers. Vehicles and contact details are checked as part of onboarding.

We cover Tunis-Carthage, Monastir Habib Bourguiba, Djerba-Zarzis, and Enfidha-Hammamet airports, plus hotels and resorts across Tunisia.

After you accept a driver offer, you pay a small deposit online through Stripe (secure card payment). The remaining balance is paid in cash to your driver on the day of the transfer in EUR, GBP, USD, or TND.

Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of pickup, or in case of passenger no-show, the deposit is non-refundable. You can cancel from your booking page while the trip is still active.

For airport pickups we include up to 60 minutes of free waiting from your scheduled arrival time. If your flight is delayed, share your updated details through your booking so your driver can adjust.

Yes. Tick “child seat” when posting your ride or on the booking form. Add a note with the child’s age if helpful. Availability depends on the assigned vehicle — contact us before booking if you need a guarantee.

Select the number of suitcases on the booking form. For large groups or extra luggage, choose the correct passenger count — we may match you with a minivan or larger vehicle automatically.

Yes. Enable “return trip” on the homepage or booking form and enter your return date and time. Drivers can quote outbound and return together.

Send your updated flight number or arrival time via your booking page or contact form as soon as you know. Drivers aim to adapt when delay information is shared promptly.

Quotes are usually shown in EUR. Stripe checkout charges in the offer currency. The cash balance on the day can be paid in EUR, GBP, USD, or TND unless agreed otherwise with your driver.

Register as a driver, verify your email, and complete your profile. An administrator reviews your application before your account is activated and you can submit offers.
