1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Get Tunisia Transfer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
2. Service Description
Get Tunisia Transfer is a marketplace that connects tourists with independent local drivers in Tunisia. We facilitate booking, communication, and payment workflows but do not operate as a direct transport carrier.
3. Booking and Payment
Customers request transfers and receive driver offers. Prices shown in offers are set by drivers. Once an offer is accepted, the customer pays a 20% deposit online through our secure checkout, and the remaining 80% is paid in cash to the driver on the day of transfer.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- If a customer cancels within 24 hours of pickup, the 20% deposit is non-refundable.
- If a customer is a no-show, the 20% deposit is forfeited.
- If a driver cancels a confirmed booking, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
5. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers are responsible for maintaining valid licenses, insurance, legal compliance, punctuality, and professional conduct throughout each transfer.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate pickup details, contact information, passenger counts, and any relevant travel updates such as delays. Customers are also responsible for lawful and respectful behavior during rides.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Tunisia Transfer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays caused by external conditions, or disputes arising from driver/customer conduct beyond platform control.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable UK legal procedures.
